SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Gramtex Stores. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As part of our commitment to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, we offer a comprehensive return policy for both online and in-store purchases.

However, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for certain items. The following items are non-returnable:

  • - Any items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • - Any items that are not in their original condition, including damaged, stained, or missing tags or packaging.

  • - Any items that are marked as final sale.

  • In addition, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we suspect any fraudulent activity, abuse of our return policy, or any other behavior that violates our terms and conditions.

  • If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review our return policy or contact our customer service team for assistance. We will gladly assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding our return policy.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

Return Process for Online Purchases:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the exchange.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.

  4. Send the package to our exchange address (provided by our customer service team).

  5. Once we receive the exchanged item(s), we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Process for In-Store Purchases:

  • Items purchased online can also be exchanged in-store within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip to the store for verification.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges for online purchases will be processed at no additional cost to the customer, except for any additional shipping or handling fees.

  • Exchanges for in-store purchases will be processed at no additional cost to the customer.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns and Exchanges

  • We reserve the right to handle returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. We may refuse a return or exchange if the item is not in its original condition, is missing tags or packaging, or has been damaged or altered in any way. We may also refuse a return or exchange if the item is a final sale item or if the return or exchange is initiated outside of the designated time frame. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. We reserve the right to modify our return or exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
